Really terrific support and service, but the user ticket management interface is in need of improvement. Resolving a ticket offers a multitude of options, none of which are intuitive. I found myself answers "Other" far more than I should have. Even the support people agreed...really poorly designed. That does not, however, detract from the core threat management service, which is excellent!!
