I am currently helping a client understand what they need to do to capture the knowledge, both explicit and implicit, within their organisation. It is rather challenging as people are naturally suspicious of people trying to capture what's in their heads. It is a constant conversation trying to convince them that there is no conspiracy going on and that turning knowledge into artefacts is best for the company and the people.
