Analyzing Customer Backoffice Operations and Processes, process optimization, process mining and creation of optimized process for customer backoffice. Total of 9 major processes and 21 sub processes to be automated resulting in cost arbitrage and labor arbitrage. Using Pilot to project implementation approach. Activities included Process Analysis, Business Case, Business Requirements, Process re-engineering, Architecture and Design, BOT Analysis, Application Development, Testing and Go-live. Post production service. Monitoring BOT execution and measuring benefits and presenting the benefits to leadership.
