Major South African Bank – ITSM Project


Zane was part of the team which designed and developed the bank’s latest Service Management platform which included a brand new user portal for the bank’s existing user base. Activities included design and customization of the user portal and integration of current workflows and design of new workflows. Zane has also been part of the team currently defining the bank’s Business Service Management (BSM) sub-project.
