While the solution is a really great one, Nexthink also has some areas that could use improvement. From my experience, I believe that the dashboards for IT management view would be better if they were more modern and interactive. When you need to export to csv, it can present some challenges, since it is limited to certain conditions. I have also been finding it difficult to create investigations or reports with mixed sources. And in some cases I find that it lacks export to pdf functionality. Lastly, if you take pricing into consideration, it can be quite expensive.
Conclusion
Despite some of the setbacks and challenges I have experienced, the benefits of the product heavily outweigh the negatives. Nexthink is not a traditional monitoring tool, but the fact that it also monitors data flows and detects issues that other tools cannot makes it stand out from its competitors. Overall, the breadth and depth of this solution is incredible, and being able to completely understand what the user is experiencing is invaluable.
