It’s invaluable for disaster recovery and is pretty quick doing a restore.

What needs improvement?

Sometimes I’ve found the agent won’t install, and it doesn’t give you a reason why. You click on the event link, and it goes to the Acronis site, and the site says no information found.

Eight to 10 years (with older versions).

They are very good on chat, which is what I use mostly.

The setup was straightforward, and it installed quickly.

Machine licenses can be a little costly, especially if you have many machines to image.

Take some time to learn the program, and all the functions it has to offer.
