I find the indexing feature the most valuable.

I think the user interface should be improved and the support can be better.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using Exalead ( /products/exalead-reviews ) for seven or eight years now on premises.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

The solution is quite stable.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

The scalability of the solution is a problem. We have quite a few users working on this program, and it's very complex to work on it - especially the commercial model.

How are customer service and technical support?

The technical support is okay.

How was the initial setup?

The initial setup was very complex and we had to call in an integrator to assist us with that.

What other advice do I have?

I am not sure if I will recommend this solution to others. There should definitely be an improvement in the user interface. It should be more friendly and customize until it's perfect. On a scale from 1 to 10, I rate this solution a six, because there is room for improvement.
