This solution has improved my organization because it enables us to have visibility and monitoring over our global workforce connectivity to Office 365 and for Service Now.

What is most valuable?

Its simplicity and easy integration would be its most valuable features.

What needs improvement?

I would like to see them develop seamless integration with endpoint solutions. 

For how long have I used the solution?

Less than one year.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

Because it's a cloud service it's scalable to be whatever you pay for. The availability is there, the SLA is triple five, very high. Approximately 1,000 users are using this solution. 

It's in daily use and we are planning to increase the usage.

How is customer service and technical support?

We never had to use technical support. 

How was the initial setup?

The initial setup was simple and straightforward. The implementation time was very quick. It took us one week to complete end to end.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

Pricing and licensing are perfect. 

What other advice do I have?

Don't think twice. Just go ahead. It's very easy, intuitive, and simple to integrate.

I would rate this solution a nine out of ten.
