The solution's deployment took less than an hour. We just launched the version. We saw that the environment was similar to other tools like Visual Studio from Microsoft or BlueWorks from IBM, and we started dropping boxes and connecting. It was very flexible and easy to understand, and we started documenting the whole thing.

We have two to five engineers for its deployment and maintenance.

InnoVelocity is a specialist implementation partner for Bizagi, and we are often utilized to help clients in the US market stand up for the product and their development teams. Although the product is very easy to start using right away, it is highly advisable to ensure that in-house teams start their program with the most appropriate structures and best practices in place. Bizagi has been emphasizing their own professional services of late and is growing this team.

For academic notices, we have about 53 users. And for governance, we have about 14 users.

In governance, we have about five people in the strategic staff using Bizagi. We also have other people in management, as well as analysts, using the solution. In the academic notices, we have mainly management and operational staff.

At this stage it is just us implementing. In the next phase, we must do a selection for a contract for a specialist in each tool.

I did install Bizagi in my system, and that's how I tested it out. The file itself was around one and a half GB, and that's more than what you typically use for the cloud and cloud stations. It probably took me about half an hour to install and deploy this solution.

We implemented through an in-house team. No vendor team exists in Malaysia.

We started in a project directly executed by Bizagi consultants, we were as viewers to start learning, and from the next project and so on we increase our participation. Now we execute ourselves, sometimes we use a consultant for specific topics.
