What is most valuable?

Customer service: The tool has a responsive customer support team, which is based on both online and physical calls during business hours.

How has it helped my organization?

It has made it easier for patients to access medical services from their homes without physically travelling to the hospital.

What needs improvement?

Improvement should be made to the billing department. It is too slow in responding to customer queries. I had to wait for more than 20 hours to be served.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

Setup costs, pricing, and licensing are set at friendly prices, making it more helpful.

If you previously used a different solution, which one did you use and why did you switch?

I used Practice EHR before I switched due to their slow customer support team response.

What other advice do I have?

Give it a try. I generally love the product's workability.
