What is most valuable?

The most valuable feature is the management features. It's capable of managing large enterprises.

What needs improvement?

In terms of what needs improvement, it could be more simple. The integration could be easier, it should support more products.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

We did not previously use another solution.

What other advice do I have?

I would recommend this solution to somebody considering it. Deciding what to store on this solution is critical before implementing it.
