Project Description

Sentiment Analysis with NLP.

We developed a system which could alert a client facing team about an unhappy client in advance using NLP. It was very straight forward using Pega.

The advanced ML feature added a lot of value to the project. We also had very good support from the Pega team to bring the accuracy up to 92 pct, which is commendable.
