What is most valuable?

It's the best solution for any company. It has a hosting ERP system for any task. AWS is stable. AWS is more flexible and its elastic concept is a new concept. It is also very secure. It has many layers of security, like hardware security and software security. This is a big issue.

What needs improvement?

Maybe they are common in Egypt, but you should make a request on Amazon to create a function to monitor CPU performance, memory, and files. It is very difficult in AWS. I would tell them it should be simple, just drag and drop. I think they could develop this option so we can drag and drop to… more »

What other advice do I have?

Yesterday, a friend asked me about our migration. He asked what worked and where we host our system. I would tell you the benefits of AWS and the latest in communication between Egypt and AWS. NTRA is the government communication in Egypt. It is very good and very bad. You might have to wait two… more »

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

Before we chose AWS, we used Microsoft Azure. We had a host in Royal, Google, and SAP as well. SAP has hosting on the cloud. We can host SAP on SAP Cloud. However because of cost and stability, we chose AWS. There are many things we compared between this, Azure, Google, and SAP. SAP is very… more »

What is most valuable?

There are plenty of services from the database. There are many features that are valuable. Scalability and agility are good. The pricing is okay. The quality of the solution is good. The solution delivers well on optimization. In terms of… more »

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

The solution is very cost-effective.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

We also use Azure.

What other advice do I have?

My role and responsibility is to check the services of the security platform in question to see if it fits the requirements. For example, there are members of our team who are looking to leverage some services from the public cloud, I just… more »

What is most valuable?

The best feature is its scalability in that Cloud is always on the fly. You can scale your requirements on the fly. Cloud also has other features but scalability comes first. This is one of the best features.

What needs improvement?

I think AWS is doing a good job. I don't think it needs much improvement. Security is a concern but they're working on it. I am not saying there is no security, but maybe they can bring in more controls.

What other advice do I have?

I'd definitely recommend Amazon AWS CloudSearch. On a scale of one to ten I'd rate it an eight.
