A reliable solution with good technical support

What is our primary use case?

We are a solution provider and this is one of the products that we implement for our clients. It is used to help manage networks and services.

Pros and Cons

  • "The support system that they have in place is very good and they are easy to reach."
  • "It would be helpful if they offered modularized upgrades, such as additional memory or a faster processor."

What other advice do I have?

My advice to anybody who is considering this solution is to first review the technology on the market. There are several things to plan for, including integration with other products. Overall, I feel that this is a good product and I recommend it. I would rate this solution an eight out of ten.

Our primary use case is hosting services.

What is most valuable?

Cisco is in our portfolio, which is one of the reasons that we keep working with them.

What needs improvement?

This is a software solution, which is less stable than a hardware solution by definition.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been working with this Cisco product for two or three years.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

Scalability is not a problem.

How are customer service and technical support?

We have been in touch with technical support and have found that sometimes, cases are prolonged. They are not always resolved in a timely manner.
