What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

Licensing is based on a subscription model and pricing depends on the number of registered users. Maintenance and support is already included in the license cost.

Assign more resources for UI customization and pay more attention to employees’ engagement and business scenarios.

What do you think of Limeade ONE?

Valuable Features:

We have had success with deploying Newsgator's "social" functionality on top of our SharePoint environment. Users like the micro-blogging capabilities.

Room for Improvement:

Need to improve their mobile / smartphone apps by adding more functionality.
