Similarly, if you have a Salesforce integration in place, it is logical to go for the Salesforce Platform. Since we don’t have MS enterprise, we went with Salesforce.

It doesn’t require extensive coding knowledge because of the reusable building blocks feature. Additionally, you can track opportunities and have detailed reporting. As a downside, it lacks customization options, and it can be slow.
