If you were talking to someone whose organization is considering iServer, what would you say?
How would you rate it and why? Any other tips or advice?
I'm a consultant. I work with the product, however, I am not a customer. We typically deal with the on-premises deployment model as our clients aren't well-versed in the cloud just yet. I'd advise that those who wish to implement the solution ensure they are well trained on it beforehand. I'd rate the solution eight out of ten. If the performance was better, I would rate it much higher.
I would rate this solution an eight out of ten.
First, decide on the deployment model. Secondly, I would recommend doing the training first. iServer is very easy to learn by yourself, but you can get stuff done quicker if you do the training before you start using it. I would rate it as eight out of ten. If they added data-driven modeling, I would rate it as a nine or ten.
