If you were talking to someone whose organization is considering Jamf Pro, what would you say?
How would you rate it and why? Any other tips or advice?
If I can give anyone advice, I would go with the hosted product. Jamf is serious about providing a secure and separated hosted environment, as well as working with your internal teams to see that the job is done to your liking and not just the way they want it done. Collaboration is key. Otherwise, Jamf continues to make good improvements time after time.
Honestly, it is number one for MDM solutions. I couldn't imagine going with anyone else. It is a great company, with great support and an unparalleled product.
My advice is to get the Training Pass. Train your staff, otherwise, you're wasting your money on any software in general (not being used).
The zero-day support for new OS releases is critical and Jamf always stays right on the tech edge. As Apple adds new features, Jamf is in step along the way to deliver those features.
This solution is worth every penny! I don’t know how I got by without it.
If you want to do more than just using the Apple Management Framework, this is a solution for you.
Give doing what you're doing. It works.
Customer service and support are superb. Support responses are always timely and that is appreciated when needing an immediate solution.
We consider Jamf Pro to be "best of breed" for enterprise Mac management.
