I'm a Senior Account Manager at a small tech services company.
I am looking for any industry information on HPE GreenLake vs. Zadara Storage Enterprise Storage As-A-Service.
We've to set this comparison from some perspectives. When we look from a portfolio perspective, HPE GreenLake can deliver the entire HPE Portfolio (Server, Storage, Network, Management) and partner products (CommVault, Veeam, Red Hat, SuSE, VMware, etc) as-a-Service while Zadara focus is on Storage. From an operational perspective, Zadara looks more flexible delivering a cloud-ready approach while HPE is focused mainly on On-Prem Colocation scenarios.
What are the pros and cons of SDS? What should businesses take into consideration before opting for an SDS solution?
What sort of design considerations should be kept in mind when implementing a SDS solution? What are some possible pitfalls for other storage professionals to be aware of and how can they be avoided?
