The management/monitoring system really helps a lot in managing and monitoring the WiFi environment.

Support could be faster.

I have used it since 2013.

We encountered some bugs in certain software versions.

We have not encountered any stability issues.

We have not encountered any scalability issues.

How are customer service and technical support?

Customer Service:

Customer service is very good.

Technical Support:

Technical support is good but could be faster.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

Motorola was previously used; because of a new version, APs had to be changed so we had to send out a PoC to find the best solution at that moment (end 2012).

How was the initial setup?

Initial setup was straightforward; easy deployment.

What about the implementation team?

An in-house team implemented it.

What was our ROI?

  • Stable, well-managed and well-monitored WiFi infrastructure

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

Before choosing this product, we also evaluate Motorola, Aruba, Cisco, Juniper and HPE.
