A stable solution, but sorting is missing and it is not as efficient as other products

What is our primary use case?

We are resellers, and this is one of the solutions that I provide for my customers.

One of my Egyptian customers has lots of inboxes and we used this solution as a list box server. You can also use it for messaging security.

We have experience with the on-premises deployment.

What needs improvement?

When it comes to security, this solution is not as efficient as other products.

Email sorting is missing from this solution.

When it comes to internationalization, especially with the time and date, this solution is very limited. We need a third-party appliance to take care of that.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

This solution is pretty stable, overall.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

We have twenty-five hundred mailboxes.

How are customer service and technical support?

We have had a couple of technical support cases, and support has not been a problem.

How was the initial setup?

This solution is easy to install. The deployment takes about forty-five minutes.

I update this solution regularly.

What about the implementation team?

I can do the installation myself.

What other advice do I have?

I have not used the cloud version of this solution, but I think that it will become more popular in the coming years.

I would rate this solution a six out of ten.
