The session used by users and pages were garbled.

No issues.

Customer Service:

A seven out of 10.

Technical Support:

An eight out of 10.

ExtraHop. I did use it, but it projects almost the same matrix.

How was the initial setup?

It is a bit complex for newbie.

What about the implementation team?

Vendor team first, then by ourselves.

What was our ROI?

Customer satisfaction higher than before.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

Useful if the matrixes are used with maximum attention.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

ExtraHop and SolarWinds NPM.

What other advice do I have?

BTM integration, synthetic workload monitoring, and OEM should sync more easily.
