Customizable, enhances security, and the Consent Management functionality is helpful

What is our primary use case?

Gigya is a CIAM that provides registration as a service. It can be used for setting up SSO or federated SSO between different sites. It also provides the solution for consent and preference management.

Screens and automated emails to customers can be highly customized, and it also provides drag and drop features to enhance the look and feel of different screens like registration or login.

It can also be configured to support different protocols like SAML and OIDC. 

SAP CDC is very easy to use and the best part about this tool is its documentation.

How has it helped my organization?

It has enhanced the security and customer satisfaction of our customers.

The screen customization features and exposed REST API makes our tasks simpler.

What is most valuable?

The most valuable feature is the Consent management functionality.

What needs improvement?

The user access and authorization features need to be improved. I have struggled to give different access to different users in the same application. It is very difficult to achieve this in CDC.

For how long have I used the solution?

We have been using SAP Customer Data Cloud for almost four years.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

I have worked on different IAM tools but the simplicity of SAP CDC makes it the best contender.
