Excellent security, good encryption, and pretty stable

What is our primary use case?

I did multiple projects on security compliance based on HIPAA and ISO 27001, CIS, and the PCI DSS. We are using Comodo to protect us from, among others things, DDoS and Ransomware.

Pros and Cons

  • "The solution is pretty stable. I've never faced pressing issues or hanging issue."
  • "The solution needs to build better performance, specifically in the hardware resources."

What other advice do I have?

We are using the latest version minus one. The solution is very good. It's definitely in the top ten, and I feel more secure under this than I did under Symantec or McAfee. On a scale from one to ten, I'd give it a ten due to the security I feel under the device.

Has good SIEM features, information in the management system, and support

What is our primary use case?

My primary use case is for malware scanning. Most of my clients have a virtual site so they have frequent malware issues.

Pros and Cons

  • "The FIM feature, the information in the new management system, and their support are the most valuable features. The scanned results are quite fast as compared to other platforms compared to scanning timing. It takes about a minute or two minutes. Also, the results of the Comodo scan results are in detail."
  • "A small problem is from the support team. Sometimes they are a bit delayed."

What other advice do I have?

I would rate Comodo an eight out of ten. Not a ten because of the support.
