Dell is constantly improving because it follows agile development. Every month, Dell keeps adding more and more features. There are still some areas that need improvement. For example, when updates are going on, the product becomes very slow.

Valuable Features I really appreciate the on-the-go access through the browser and the B2B integration. • Improvements to My Organization It is mainly a carrier and it provides an integration platform as a service. This, in itself, provides the solution for an easy and mature way to communicate. • Room for Improvement They should create a custom connector option. With this, they could improve where the user can create the connector, based on their usage. • Use of Solution I have been using it for five years. • Stability Issues There were some issues with logs and integration in terms of the size of the messages. • Scalability Issues There were issues with the size of the logs generated.
