What needs improvement?

The platform is actually much more powerful than what it looks like on the surface. Lots of room for improvement to allow for discoverability of product features.

If there is something your existing solution cannot do, you should definitely check out Workato. They would probably have a very simple or quick way to get your job done.

What is most valuable?

The ability to integrate systems outside of the IT backlog.

How has it helped my organization?

Allowed us to work around a product limitation in our CRM to send emails from our Marketing Automation platform.

What needs improvement?

Better team collaboration. More flexibility allowing other users to modify specific recipes.
