Could any of you share real use cases with Camunda in the Retail industry, except the order fulfillment? I was also wondering about the B2B business.
With what class of systems has it been integrated?
Camunda BPM can be used to automate entire retail applications starting from customer purchases to return or replacement of the products. It all depends on how we leverage the tool to fill out the gaps within the company. I worked on a POC with the largest retail organization in the US to automate their entire vendor management and third-party seller who supply or deliver products directly to end customers.
Which would you choose and why?
What Business Process Design tool do you love using? What are its stand-out features?
What makes it better than other tools that you've used?
