I am a Services Director in a small tech services company. What licensing options are available for Control-M?

Task-based or, alternatively, a fixed number of Agents. Task-based would, I feel, be much more popular in the market. I have worked ta sites that license anything from 5,000 to 500,000 jobs (i.e. tasks) per day. However, if you only use a few Agent servers then maybe Agent-based might work for you.
Really big customers can also do "all you can eat" deals on the BMC range.
