Here are a few criteria:
- UI to build workflows (creating dependencies, etc.)
- methods to start a job (schedule, calendar, webhook, manual, etc.)
- awareness of resources available
- efficient distribution of the load
- integration and openness - IT architecture are becoming complex and evolve rapidly. An open interface such as a Rest API is required
- multi language to fit with any user's preferences
