Our training department is looking for the ability to interact on line between the trainee, their immediate supervisor, their assigned Peer Mentor, their Training Manager and HR. Interaction includes their development plan, their schedule, their feedback as well as feedback from all other participants assigned to assist with or monitor the trainee's development. Easily accessible and filtered reports as well as alerts and tracking of progress is essential.

We are a software development and support consulting firm. We look for: 1.) Level of depth in a learning path, from beginner to expert; and 2.) Assessments or certifications upon completion of the course or training modules. The assessments are a key feature because they provide a baseline by which to gauge and compare competency and skill. Watching courses has value, but when the team member knows there is an assessment at the end, it focuses the mind and provides good feedback to the team member.
