Areas that need improvement are the pricing and the support.

I have been using Oracle Cloud for one year.

We are using the cloud version.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

I have more than 20 admins on my team who are using this solution.

How are customer service and technical support?

Technical support needs to be more knowledgeable. This is an area that needs improvement.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

We also have experience with VMware infrastructure.

How was the initial setup?

The initial setup is straightforward. It's easy.

The length of the deployment depends on whether is it cloud-based or on-premises, and if it is pre-configured.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

Pricing needs to be improved.

I would rate Oracle Cloud a six out of ten.
