What do you think of Aurea CX Process?

What is most valuable?

Flexibility of development. Developer can use various JavaScript APIs for development. Most (or all) of the components are plug and play. Customization is easily achievable most of the time.

How has it helped my organization?

As mentioned above, it is more flexible than other products available in the market.

What needs improvement?

Performance.

More than five years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

Yes, the servers are not as efficient as required.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

Not as of now.

How is customer service and technical support?

8.75 out of 10 (as I am not aware of any more efficient product than this).
