Efficient technical support with good synchronization features, but it needs better security

Pros and Cons

  • "The most valuable feature is synchronizing the limited access for partners or sub-contractors."
  • "The security features offered in SecureLink are not enough."

What other advice do I have?

For those who are interested in using SecureLink, they should compare with other solutions, especially the features that are offered. Do not purchase all of the features. Only take those that are necessary, rather than all of them. I would rate this solution a seven out of ten.
