What is most valuable?

The Exchange restore is the most valuable feature. The restore granularity that the product offers is great, right down to the individual emails. It saves a ton of time and effort for the admins. There is far less frustration for the end user... more»

What is most valuable?

Firstly, the GUI for 2014 is mostly confusing, i.e., if you need to add any additional technical features, then it doesn't require a change to the GUI.

What is most valuable?

One of the valuable features is the instant recovery for VMs. It reduces the RTO (Recovery Time Objective) drastically.

How has it helped my organization?

One of the latest improvements is the Azure Cloud connector integration.

What needs improvement?

There still a lot of room for improvement in synthetic technologies, especially when targeted to deduplication media. Backup Exec does not support any technology similar to NetbackupĀ“s Accelerator feature, or even Arcserve Incremental Forever... more»

What is most valuable?

* Backup to Disk: It restore files very quickly. * vSphere infrastructure backup option: Useful to keeps VMs on disk and it is done fast.

What needs improvement?

They can work on the issue of the job timing out when it is unable to reach a selection item. It sometimes hangs up on the selection item, thus preventing the job from continuing.
