How has it helped my organization?

It allows us to keep more of our emails for a longer amount of time because when it archives our old emails, it deletes them and places a small short cut in its place. This also frees up much needed… more»

What needs improvement?

I believe it needs better reporting features as well as better way of managing SQL databases and their maintenance.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

The pricing and licensing of this product is very competitive based on Gartner position of Enterprise Vault.

The expertise of the tech support team at Veritas as well as the Gartner position of Veritas Enterprise Vault and the ease of installation makes implementing and using this product a breeze.
