- Due to slippage of project time tables no ROI at this time

- Original setup (less than a day to get started.) Complete setup can be achieved within a few days. No specific administrator of the tool required.
What advice would you give to others looking into implementing this product?

- Do a POC and expand from there. The setup is quite intuitive. Some help from support will clarify where the understanding of the implementer may be lacking.

Does Infrared360 support mobile devices? And, how would you rate its level of performance?

it's not built for mobile, but I have used it on my iPad via Citrix - I would use it on my Galaxy S4 except that I have never setup VPN on it. However, I do send email alerts to my phone as text messages by adding my Verizon "vtext" address to the "Email for Alerts and Notifications" list

By using a VPN, is it possible to access Infrared360 from a Samsung Galaxy mobile phone?
