All of its features are valuable but the support needs improvement

It is multiple identity and access management, so all of the applications are valuable. It's also part of the automated process.

What needs improvement?

The support needs improvement. 

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using IBM Cloud Identity Service for the last five years. 

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

It is stable. 

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

It is scalable. 

We have 5,000 users using this solution.

How are customer service and technical support?

Their technical support needs to have better responses. 

How was the initial setup?

The initial setup is complex, it's not straightforward. It takes months because it's not straightforward. There is a lot of customization that is required. It is hard to match the processor, so it took some time.

What other advice do I have?

The support for the subsystems in which we could connect the integration so that we will fast track could us improvement. 

I would rate it a seven out of ten.
