It still can be improved in web-based and build reporting.

More than five years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

No, but sometimes there are issues when the application is not maintained well.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

Yeah.

How is customer service and technical support?

Nine out of 10. Since I am a technical person, it is easy to support and modify according to a client request.

Which solutions did we use previously?

No. we were not using any other solution before.

How was the initial setup?

Setup is straightforward. That is an another big advantage of this application.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

Its pricing and licensing are high. Of course, we all know that it is Microsoft.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

We evaluated some local products, because of the pricing, but this product has better features and support. 

What other advice do I have?

For a bigger environment, this is the best product to go with for an in-house support team. For a smaller environment, I would not suggest this product.
