Jama Connect Review

User-friendly interface, but it takes far too long to get answers from support about pricing

What is our primary use case?

I use Jama Connect for requirement management.

What is most valuable?

The most valuable feature is the user-friendly interface.

What needs improvement?

I have inquired about pricing for this solution but have not yet heard anything, so their response time in this regard is something that should be improved. For example, listing the pricing structure on the web site would help.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using Jama Connect for about one month.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

This solution is stable. It didn't crash and I haven't had any problems.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

Being a cloud-based solution, it is scalable. I am the only person who is currently using it in my company.

How are customer service and technical support?

My only contact with support to this point is that I have asked for pricing and received no response.

How was the initial setup?

The initial setup is easy and it only takes a few seconds to install.

What other advice do I have?

Jama Connect is pretty standard in terms of requirement management. I cannot say that they are any features that stand out.

At this point, I cannot say whether or not I would recommend this product because I do not know the pricing. If the price is good then I would recommend it but I just don't know yet.

I would rate this solution a five out of ten.
