It really expedites the whole process and helps the end-customer hone in on what they need. With the evolution to remote work that we are currently going through, there's much more of a need to tailor recruiting.

The most valuable feature has been the ease at which people can set up their profiles by simply uploading their CV or Linkedin profile. We previously had very low levels of adoption.
This solution has also been easy to use for people visiting our career site. Our survey report shows that 79-80% of users marked the application process to be very easy on our website.
The ability to get matched to candidates is certainly valuable. In real time, you are able to adjust your description of the work and the project you need done in order to match you with the best candidates.

This solution has made our team more collaborative. The recruiting team is easily able to see what the other team members are working on, what candidates are in process and how they can share candidates amongst themselves. They are now able to prevent work duplication due to increased visibility. Eightfold is candidate centric.
We have had a couple of challenges with some of the things that we're currently trying to build out in our HCM application, and other things within the portfolio, but those aren't customer-facing issues.

An opportunity for Eightfold to improve on is to open up their environment to allow us to own our application maintenance and development environment. We would like to be able to make some of the configuration changes and improvements ourselves.

From my perspective, I think the usability could use some attention. Eightfold.ai offers modules for talent acquisition, talent management, and other areas like projects. They try to use a common UI for all of them, but it really needs to be more persona-based. That's the thing that I struggle with the most.
It would be interesting to enable Eightfold to have a user experience that is seamless in terms of single sign on to and from core systems of record. That is, the ability for a user or hiring manager/recruiter to go in and out of Eightfold back into their core system, whether that be Oracle, Workday, SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, etc. It would great to be able to go back and forth with a single sign on capability so that you don't have to log in and out of applications, where it's a bidirectional single sign on.
We're doing user testing now, and on the calibration page, there's no publish button. I have to go to overview to publish it. It could be user error, but it would be nice to be able to easily figure out where buttons are and what they do.

Eightfold could be improved by focusing on the employee experience. It is important that Eightfold understands how it forms part of the entire experience, especially as they continue to scale. Eightfold should make sure they understand how it connects with other solutions in our technology ecosystem to drive the full user experience.

The tagging feature is not as in depth and easy to use as I would've hoped for. Although you can create tags for candidates, there's no way to report all those tags and see what tags are already created.

There are some small product features that could be enhanced. Ease of use and the recruiter user experience could be improved. Moving through certain stages involves many clicks which can be time consuming.
