Valuable Features: Easy setup Easy for customers to understand • Improvements to My Organization: It simplified Windows monitoring at new sites. • Room for Improvement: Web experience slow Improved SNMP support • Use of Solution: I have used it for 1.5 years. • Stability Issues: Stability of collectors is poor on Windows. • Customer Service and Technical Support: Technical support is 5/10; needs improvement; incomplete and poor documentation. • Initial Setup: Setup is easy.
