The pricing is around the middle, at a five out of ten. But it depends on the number of licenses. More licenses mean lower per-user costs.

It is an expensive platform. The pricing depends upon the specific model and number of user accounts included in a bundle. The licenses for 1000 users might be less expensive than licenses for 100 users. We have to pay around 20% of the license cost for maintenance and support services for two years.

HCM is cheaper than SuccessFactors. The only thing is that SAP is now threatened and has to stop doing the development. I can tell you this since if I didn't, a lot of people would stay on-prem, as we call it.

The cost of SAP HCM is high, the license should be reduced. SAP HCM has a lot of hidden costs.

The pricing is not reasonable at all. That's why the product needs to be used by an enterprise, because the pricing is not okay for medium or small companies.

The solution is cheap. Suppose a client can afford to purchase their software and hardware on-premises, even if it's expensive. In that case, that's okay because they can afford their agenda, which is an on-premises installation for security. And some clients who cannot afford the same, but allocate it to a business expansion, can choose either a private cloud or public cloud, sometimes operating in a hybrid mode. Some clients can pay a subscription if they want to go for a certain route.

The pricing is really high. Compared to Odoo, it's very high. However, if you already have the other modules, it's okay. But SAP will cost you a lot of money.

I believe HCM is a little expensive, but I don't know the exact price because I'm involved with the sales team. However, I think the price must be reasonable because many organizations are migrating their current ERPs to SAP. It's excellent software, and the price is competitive.

SAP is expensive, but if you're using the product, then the expensive product becomes inexpensive. Considering its performance and features, I find it quite reasonable.

The price of SAP HCM is really high, which is why many people choose not to use it. The licensing cost and other associated expenses can be a deterrent. It is an area that needs to be looked at.

The solution is more expensive than Oracle.

The terms on which you buy licenses might change due to the way they license in a particular product.

The cost may differ from region to region, but here in the Middle East, you pay per license. There not any costs in addition to the standard licensing fees. 

SAP HCM is on-prem. SAP has another solution which is called SuccessFactors. It is on the cloud and by subscription only. So SAP has two solutions, the one on cloud is SuccessFactors and HCM on-prem. SAP is pushing for clients to go to SuccessFactors right now. The cloud solution may save some people money.  

The solution is a little expensive and we are charged per user for the license. The solution can be paid monthly or annually.

SAP costs a lot of money. In my view, this product is a waste of money for SMB because there are much better products available and licensing is an issue.

I don't know how they come up with this pricing, but it is ridiculous. For example, if you want to have self-service for employees and managers then you need to pay for additional licenses.

I do not have very good knowledge of the pricing itself. It's not an aspect of the solution I directly deal with. However, it's my understanding that the cost is quite high.

SAP is extremely expensive. The integration costs and customization costs are also a lot.

It is very expensive for a small company. Only large companies can afford it.
