What do you think of Teradata?

What is most valuable?: It is a solid database a lot of different tools to move data. • How has it helped my organization?: Basically, Teradata has allowed the multiple businesses that I have consulted for to build and store their Data Warehouse related data efficiently. It also serves up the data quickly, if tuned and organized properly. • What needs improvement?: Cost, but Teradata is currently making improvements in this area. • For how long have I used the solution?: Nine years. • What do I think about the stability of the solution?: Most of the organizations that I have consulted with have a 99.9% up time.
