How has it helped my organization?
Used as a wrapper around the company tms database for 3rd party/custom bolt on products.
Used to connect to customers/vendors through API/web services
Used to automate manual processes/monitor/alert
Fully functional Interfaces/web services up in hours - not days
Spend more time designing XSD than setting up service!
What needs improvement?
2) include more free API management features

What was my experience with deployment of the solution?
No, Fiorano support team was amazing and deploying it.
We had some memory issues initially, but those were resolved
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
Product is solid. Never had an issue with stability. Support able to correct any issues with the designer.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
No, support was able to perform all needed tasks
How is customer service and technical support?
I wish all vendors can supply this level of support
Which solutions did we use previously?
Used, Pilot Fish, Iguana, Biz talk. Products were not as full features as Fiorano or very unstable
How was the initial setup?
Fiorano team was great in helping get the initial setup going. No cost POC including setup. When we decided to go with Fiorano, the setup to a production environment was easily done by the Fiorano team. Fiorano team provided support for best practices and we worked with them to design the deployment.
What about the implementation team?
Fiorano support was all that was needed - all included with maintenance
