What needs improvement?

1) licensing 2) include more free API management features

If you previously used a different solution, which one did you use and why did you switch?

Used, Pilot Fish, Iguana, Biz talk. Products were not as full features as Fiorano or very unstable

What is most valuable?

The ability to compliment out-of-the-box integration components with small custom code and the ease of making those custom additions easily accessible and reusable for other flows.

How has it helped my organization?

It has vastly improved the speed of delivery for custom integrations.

What needs improvement?

Error logging is not very user-friendly. It requires the error logging to be configured in many different places. A lack of JSON direct mapping and transformation functionality… more»

What do you think of Fiorano ESB?

What is most valuable?

Offers various components for interfaces. Makes integrations seamless. Removes dependency on programmers. Improves speed to market. Easy to navigate. Not resource intensive.

What needs improvement?

Error descriptions are not user friendly.

Six months.

We had a Fiorano consultant on-site, which made implementation smooth.

No.
