Stable, scalable, easy to install, and available on-cloud

What is our primary use case?

We use it for sharing documents among ourselves. These documents are available on all devices where I log in with my account. We are using the latest version of Microsoft 365 Business.

What is most valuable?

It is on-cloud.

What needs improvement?

It can have more integrations with other platforms.

For how long have I used the solution?

We have been using this solution for one year in this company.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

It is stable.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

It is scalable. We have around 40 users.

How are customer service and technical support?

I did not have any problems so far.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

I used Lotus Notes with Webex in another company.

How was the initial setup?

Its installation is straightforward and easy. It didn't take more than five minutes.

What about the implementation team?

I did it myself.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

Its cost is fine because I have a lot of devices in my account.

What other advice do I have?

I would 100% recommend this solution. I will keep using this solution. 

I would rate Microsoft 365 Business a nine out of ten.
