What is our primary use case?

We are a system integrator and we have been working with Microsoft products for twenty years. We use their technology to build solutions for our clients.

Some of the popular use cases involve Exchange, OneDrive, Sharepoint, and Teams.

What is most valuable?

The most valuable features are for content collaboration and content management.

There are good storage features, collaboration features, and video call conferencing features.

The user interface is good.

What needs improvement?

At times, the OneDrive lags, so the performance can be improved.

I would like to see faster data synchronization with OneDrive.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

The product overall is stable.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

Microsoft Business 365 is a scalable product and we have approximately 250 users.

How are customer service and technical support?

The technical support is good.

What about the implementation team?

As a Microsoft Partner, we provide support for our clients.

I would rate this solution an eight out of ten.
