What is our primary use case?

We use this solution primarily for email communication. We also use it to write documentation.

How has it helped my organization?

Being linked with Microsoft 365 it's very helpful.

What is most valuable?

The user interface is good and it is very easy to use.

As it is a cloud-based deployment, we don't need to have any particular application on the computer, and we don't need to download it. This means that our data and our computers are safe.

All of our work is stored on the cloud and it's easily shareable. This makes teamwork and collaboration very quick and easy.

The security is good, which is why many organizations are using it.

What needs improvement?

The integration with other platforms could be improved.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

This is a stable solution.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

This is a scalable product that is used across the organization. We have almost 1,000 users.

How are customer service and technical support?

We contact our internal support team for help, rather than speak with Microsoft directly.

What about the implementation team?

We have an in-house team that supports it.

What other advice do I have?

I would rate this solution a nine out of ten.
