What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?I deal with technical parts, not with the costs. In terms of licensing, the big question will be the ability to be flexible with the scale of design.

What is most valuable?I can't point to one valuable feature. All of Centreon is good.
What needs improvement? There is room for improvement in the area of artificial intelligence. The product gives us a lot of information, but it's only information. We want the product to do more auto-remediation.
What other advice do I have?My advice would be don't do it by yourself. While it's very easy to implement it, and it's free, contact the company and take advantage of their experience to have a perfectly designed solution. Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch? We used Nagios before Centreon. I prefer Centreon because Centreon vs Nagios provides a web interface without having to spend more on a license for it. That is why we migrated from Nagios to Centreon.
What other advice do I have?I rate Centreon at nine out of 10 because I think the user interface can be improved. That's why I don't rate it a 10. But, from my point of view, this is one of the better monitoring products.
