Easily automate to capture customer data


What is our primary use case?

We are working with voice response (IVR) development. 

How has it helped my organization?

We develop a portal for the client. Then, with Automation Anywhere, we successfully complete an automation task.

We can make any complex process easy.

What is most valuable?

Sometimes the customer will not provide any data. Using Automation Anywhere, we can easily automate to capture the customer data. Then, we can use that customer data inside the Cisco Unified Wire Voice Portal.

If something happens, we have an advantage through error handling.

What needs improvement?

If we are working on one window, it will not open the same window.

Our current version needs drag and drop, but that should be in the next release (version A2019).

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

We have four RPA developers in our company currently working on Automation Anywhere.

How are customer service and technical support?

I have seen videos from Automation Anywhere University, such as how to download products, how to import or export your license, and how to install. 

How was the initial setup?

It is very easy. Anyone can do it.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

We did a PoC.

The Control Room in Automation Anywhere is much better compared to UiPath and Blue Prism.

What other advice do I have?

In version A2019, we will be getting the drap and drop feature.
